I expected a legal scholar to actually look at the Constitution itself to answer the question, but I guess that was asking too much, so I'll just do it myself. The Constitution gives "the sole Power of Impeachment" to the House of Representatives in the U.S. Constitution in Article 1, Section 2, Clause 5. The President is given the pardon power in every case "except in Cases of Impeachment" in Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1. If the President can't pardon an Impeachment, then he also would not be able to prevent an Impeachment from occurring which also preserves the explicit authority of Impeachment given to the House of Representatives. There's your answer from the document itself with no need to go anywhere else.

Perhaps colleges need to stop charging such insane fees for their institutions. Also, they should stop adding extra classes that have no bearing on what you are studying for. I know for a fact that the community College where I lived made every student take classes for basic math n reading to help improve their ability to handle their class work. These classes hold no credit value but must be taken. Now, why is that? That's why everyone is tested as part of the enrollment process. If they need it fine but then those classes should be giving credit value because the person has to pay for it. The College system needs to change. Assign the subjects needed to achieve the goal, and stop adding extra courses. People who go to community colleges usually are working n studying. Or a person from lower-income parents (Walmart/Target etc). And forget grants you need to to be an A+ student maybe depending on your testing score. Higher education has again become very hard.

Funny how white Americans are allways blamed for all this. Like slavery. Every black country in the world is poor. All black communities in the world are poor. Whites oppress black people everywhere. I live in South Africa. In apartheid the 5 million whites oppressed the 25 million blacks. 30 years ago they won the election and took over. Today the 3.5 milliion whites are still blamed for oppressing the 55 million blacks in South Africa. Does anyone see the problem here?

Well, it seems that some of us have been paying enough attention to know about this. Yes, somebody somewhere gets to have influence about what gets built where and then what money goes to which schools in those places. Thing is, I don't ever remember these things showing up on any ballot that I've gotten to vote on. Somebody somewhere must be working really hard to get zoning commissions to do these things, and they know they have to keep it from wider scrutiny and the reason why is obvious. These are the dark beasts that do things in the shadows where regular folk aren't looking. How do we get them out in the light?

Steve Bannon CRIMINALLY CHARGED and SURRENDERING to POLICЕ in NY Bannon to be charged in the "Build The Wall" scheme... Next comes Drumpf. ruclips.net/video/W8W4JwXdoJo/видео.html&ab_channel=ChristoAivalis Various types of fencing totalling 654 miles (just over 1,000 km) were already in place before Mr Trump became president in 2017. These ran through the states of California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. The Trump administration say they've completed more than 400 miles of border wall since then. However, only 5 miles of the newer Ballard Fencing barriers have been built where there were none before - that includes 47 miles of primary wall, and 33 miles of secondary wall built to reinforce the initial barrier. 255 of Replacement Barrier and 5 miles New Fencing in Total from 2017-2020 The vast majority of the 452 mile Border Wall is replacing existing structures at the border that is deteriorating. President Trump has argued that this should be regarded as new wall, because it's replacing what he called "old and worthless barriers.", but it is Not. In 2016, President Trump repeatedly claimed Mexico would pay for the wall. This didn't happen. The US government has paid for the wall, and there've been arguments over how to fund it between the Trump administration and Congress. In January 2018, Mr Trump asked Congress to pay $18bn (£13.6bn) over the next decade for an initial phase of construction, but the bill ultimately failed. Some money was allocated by Congress in 2018 for projects at the border. However, in 2019 Mr Trump used national emergency powers to divert funds from the Department of Defense after Congress rejected more money for the wall. There has been around $15bn spent for the construction of the barrier coming from various US government departments, including the Department of Homeland Security, and the Defense and Treasury Departments. It was originally estimated a cross-border wall could cost anything from $12bn to $40bn. Despite this, in the run-up to the 3 November 2020 election, President Trump continued to say that "Mexico is paying for it". In the past, he's implied that a new trade agreement (signed last year) involving Mexico and Canada would indirectly save the US money, which could be spent on the wall. However, it's not clear how exactly this would work. President Trump also pledged to reduce illegal movement across the border.
